Design Focus: Information Architecture, Prototyping, Usability Testing
Objective
Use the best-at statement to guide research & design decisions

Best-at statement
My pediatrician check-in app is best in its category at helping parents communicate health concerns for their children prior to appointments by addressing communication needs and reducing cognitive burden.
Building Architecture
First, a list of potential scenarios led to brainstorming features to solve users' problems. Common features were prioritized.
Then a basic site map draft was created in Figjam
Usability Testing
Rapid prototyping occurred with the creation of paper mockups demonstrating elementary design and features
Finally, usability testing occurred with the paper prototype to see whether users could successfully navigate a check-in process
